Race Day Details and Athlete Guide

WHEN: November 8th, 2009

Race Details:

The 9 kilometer running race (5.6 miles) will be chip timed and have a gun start. (Pin Race number with two pins, not 4 and run all the way through the finish line)

The .9 mile (1500 meter) race will be chip timed and have a gun start.(Pin Race number with two pins, not 4 and run all the way through the finish line)

The 3K is a 'fun walk' and will not be timed. Walkers will also have a gun start and finish across the same finish line as the runners.

The Kids' Dash will be untimed but alot of fun!

Online Registration closes on 11/6/2009 but registration is available at Packet Pick Up or Race Day for $30

There is another event just east of our event, in front of the Suncor Buildings.  It is a series of Open Water Swims put on by DCB Adventures.  If you are a serious multisport athlete, you might consider doing both events (the Run, then the Swim).  The Swims start around 10am, but check www.dcbadventures.com for details.
